About Me

I am a PhD student at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where I am co-advised by Kushal Dey and Tom Norman. I am particularly interested in combining genetic association studies with large-scale perturbation datasets to study complex traits and diseases. Previously, I was an undergraduate at UC San Diego, where I double majored in data science and biology. I also worked as an undergraduate researcher in Graham McVicker’s lab at the Salk Institute, where I used CRISPR perturbation datasets to identify enhancers and their target genes.
